BTC MOBICK White Paper Published by O Taemin on the Genealogy of Wisdom Community, October 4, 2023​

1.BTC MOBICK released on January 3, 2019, by copying (hard forking) Bitcoin’s 10-year ledger. ​

Bitcoin block #556760 serves as BTC MOBICK’s genesis block. As of October 3, 2023, Bitcoin is at block #810,500, while BTC MOBICK is at block #739,500, roughly 16 months behind. It is because the system was shut down and restarted during that period.​

2.Bitcoin holders with snapshots of blocks before Bitcoin block #556759 from 2019 can claim BTC MOBICK until January 3, 2029. ​

For example, if someone mined 50 BTC in 2011 and hasn’t moved them, they can transfer 50 BTC MOBICK to another address if the coins remain in a block before #556759. However, after January 3, 2029, any unclaimed BTC MOBICK cannot be moved as this project aims to wake up the dormant Bitcoin whales by modifying the old ledger up to date. Afterward the code will be open to the public and it will convert to the public mining.​

3. By September 2023, approximately 20 million BTC MOBICK coins had been issued if calculated after the hard fork.

Just like Bitcoin, 6.25 coins are generated every 10 minutes. Approximately 1.6 million coins are expected to be mined over the next 10 years. Excluding lost coins, the issuer (O Taemin) holds 14.7 million BTC MOBICK. The issuer has declared that all BTC MOBICK will be used for publics good not sold privately. The coins are stored in 15 publicly available addresses that allow anyone to verify the usage of these coins.​

4. Between September 2022 and July 2023, around 4 million BTC MOBICK were distributed for free to public.

They received a paper wallet containing 10-20 coins when they purchase books or coffee. Additionally, starting with hike Mt.Gwanak on March 18, 2023, coins were distributed to participants at various events in locations like Jeju Island, LA, and Australia. It was distributed to approximately 4,500 participants who invested their time and expenses.​

5. Direct distribution by O Taemin has finished, but those who did not know about the event are hoping for next distribution.

Now it depends on companies. If universities or companies distribute BTC MOBICK to the public, safety concerns might arise due to big interest in BTC MOBICK airdrops..

6. BTC MOBICK began as a social experiment to recreate the moment when the first time Bitcoin which was not so promising back then, surpassed $1 (a meaningful exchange price).

Hypothesis: How a currency is acquired is more important than how it is used. Things that people gain ny investing time, menta, physical and material costs gives it a value that does not fall to zero. Distributing large amount to a few rather than small amount to many helps to solidify the core of ecosystem and it leads to rapid price increase.​.

7. As of the end of September 2023, BTC MOBICK is actively traded at prices ranging from 150,000 to 200,000 KRW in three chat rooms and telegram, each with over 1,000 members and in various offline locations as well which proves hypothesis

8. Approximately 7 million out of 14.7 million coins held in the issuer's public wallet, are planned to distribute to companies that will enhance the ecosystem's value. As of September 2023, two companies and one university were offered and in negotiation.

Donation to a Major Media Company: A total of 1.2 million BTC MOBICK coins will be donated to a major media company. The media company will distribute BTC MOBICK coins through its programs or to advertisers, thereby gaining social credibility for the BTC MOBICK ecosystem.​Donation to a Global IT Company : A total of 5 million BTC MOBICK coins will be donated to a global IT company. The IT company will set up a blockchain division. They will use these coins to offer financial incentives to their employees and cover expenses in system development. It can also implement identity verification and micropayment systems on the BTC MOBICK mainnet. Since the BTC MOBICK mainnet uses the same source code as Bitcoin, the layers built by the company will be compatible with Bitcoin.​Mining Rights Donation to an Energy Company: Up to 100 nodes (one-third of the total) will be donated to an energy company for mining. The energy company will mine BTC MOBICK using renewable energy sources such as solar or wind power, ensuring the profitability of its green energy production. This mining system can also be used for Bitcoin mining. It demonstrates that Bitcoin mining can benefit the renewable energy industry and raising awareness among governments and society.​Donation to a Major University: Up to 10,000 coins and approximately 20,000 mining rights will be donated to a major university. Each student will receive coins worth about 1 million KRW, which they can cash out immediately, to observe the growth of the ecosystem. If a significant coin ecosystem develops around this university, mining rights will not be revoked but continuously provided. The university can use the mined coins to support various research projects.​

Ultimate Distribution Plan: Ultimately, BTC MOBICK will be distributed as follows: 6.2 million coins to companies and universities contributing to the ecosystem. 4 million coins to the general public who invested in activities like hiking or travel. 2.5 million coins to long-term Bitcoin holders (pre-2012). 1.6 million coins to be mined over the next 10 years.​

After this distribution, all remaining coins held by the issuer will be burned. The total future circulation will be approximately 14.3 million coins. Adding 1 million coins to be mined over the next 100 years and minus 5 million lost coins, the total supply will be around 15.5 million which is similar to Bitcoin.​

Metaverse Ecosystem​

1. Corporate Contribution and Value Increase: As companies receiving BTC MOBICK for free contribute to the growth of the ecosystem, the value of BTC MOBICK will increase, ultimately it enhances the asset of these companies. Although BTC MOBICK may not immediately be recognized as an asset on financial statements, once it begins trading on decentralized exchanges (DEX) or coin exchanges such as UPBIT, BTC MOBICK will be considered as an asset. In the future, just as Bitcoin is classified as a significant corporate asset, BTC MOBICK will be listed as a crucial asset for participating companies..


2. Compatibility with Bitcoin: Since Mobick's system is almost identical to Bitcoin's, mobile applications that have successfully developed on the BTC MOBICK mainnet can be seamlessly transferred to the Bitcoin ecosystem. BTC MOBICK, being compatible with the world's largest trust network—Bitcoin which allows those companies to leverage this external resources to develop various technology and it can enhance their asset value. Companies have nothing to lose so they will receive BTC MOBICK. This will bring BTC MOBICK into a broader world. Companies can utilize BTC MOBICK for blockchain projects that can apply to our daily lives.
